2. Products and Pricing

• All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

• Handmade carpets are unique pieces; variations in pattern and color are natural characteristics.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

3. Orders and Payment

Order Process

Submitting an inquiry or order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.

• Cash on delivery (within Dubai)

• Installment plans available for qualifying purchases

4. Delivery

• Dubai: Free delivery within 2-3 business days
• Abu Dhabi, Sharjah: Delivery within 3-5 business days (charges may apply)
• Other Emirates: Delivery within 5-7 business days (charges apply)
• Custom and made-to-order carpets: Delivery times vary (typically 8-12 weeks)
• White-glove delivery service included for orders above AED 10,000

5. Home Trial Policy

We offer a home trial service to help you make the right choice:

• Up to 3 carpets can be taken home for trial
• Trial period: 48 hours
• Refundable deposit required
• Carpets must be returned in original condition

6. Returns and Exchanges

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
• Carpet must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached
• Custom-made carpets are non-returnable
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
• Refunds processed within 14 business days

7. Warranty

Handmade Carpets

All authentic handmade carpets come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This includes:

• Structural defects in weaving
• Color fading under normal conditions
• Free repair of fraying edges

Exclusions

• Damage caused by improper use or accidents
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from improper cleaning methods
• Pet damage

8. Certificate of Authenticity

Every handmade carpet purchased from Royal Dubai Carpets comes with a Certificate of Authenticity detailing the carpet's origin, materials, weaving technique, and unique characteristics. This certificate is required for warranty claims.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of Royal Dubai Carpets and is protected by UAE and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Royal Dubai Carpets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
